Where do you ship products to?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. 

Most customers will receive their order within 3 business days, however it may take up to 10 business days for international and remote destinations.

Are there tracking numbers on deliveries?
No.  The products are shipped via Australia Post and as such, there are no tracking numbers.

Can I buy MagicEzy from a 'brick & mortar' retail store?
We distribute MagicEzy to dealers / retailers around the world. Visit the ‘where to buy’ page on the MagicEzy website for store locations.

I am a dealer/retailer. Can I purchase from you wholesale?
Yes. We are also a distributor of MagicEzy. Simply email us at sales@nanotechrepairs.com.

Using the website

I'm using an iPad, iPhone, smartpad / tablet to order.  Why can't I select the colors to add to my cart?
As there is no mouse when using a smart device, you will need to double tap your color selection in order to proceed further with your order.
